home view the home view displays housing companies linked to your user account listed vertically, including basic housing company information and any active alerts from any view, you can return to this home view by selecting "housing companies" from the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the page if only one housing company is linked to the account, it appears as the only housing company on the home page view at the bottom of the page, you can select how many housing companies are displayed on the home page view at once if there are multiple housing companies, you can search for a housing company using the "search" field a star in front of a housing company indicates that the housing company has the premium add on service in use the home view also shows if a housing company has active alerts you can see the fault notification type by hovering your cursor over the alert symbol for more information about alerts, see section system alerts # housing company selection access the desired housing company's information by clicking the housing company name in the list housing company view under the housing company view, you can see apartment specific information for the selected housing company, housing company information, and configure premium settings housing company name apartments you can open all the housing company's apartments to be displayed in a list by clicking the "housing company name apartments" section color bar or by clicking the dropdown symbol on the right edge you can hide all apartments the same way to view apartment specific information, click the dropdown symbol on the right edge of the respective apartment to open detailed information for all apartments, click the "open all apartments" button at the top right of the apartment listing if an apartment has active alerts, you will see a notification after the apartment name apartment devices and meters devices and meters connected to the apartment are listed vertically under the respective apartment the view shows button to "consumption graphs" window meter code any active alerts meter or device type connection date last updated reading time meter reading meter consumption graphs individual apartment water consumption can be viewed through graphs by clicking the "consumption graphs" symbol on the left edge graphs can be viewed either in "monthly view" or "yearly view" monthly view shows daily consumption for the selected month, and yearly view shows monthly consumption for the current year you can view older consumption by clicking the arrow symbol at the bottom edge downloading individual apartment meter readings individual apartment water consumption data can be downloaded from the "download readings" button at the bottom of the consumption graph window depending on whether "monthly view" or "yearly view" is selected, the pdf file will contain either each day's or each month's consumption note these are consumption readings, not meter readings housing company information housing company information is located below the apartments tab the easiest way to access housing company information is to hide all apartments and click on the "housing company information" bar general information the "general information" section displays the housing company name, street address, zip code, and city property basic information cannot be edited if the property's basic information changes, please contact your service provider housing company property managers and user account management the "property managers" section shows the current holders of housing company access rights and their user levels (primary property manager, manager, and viewer) primary property manager can add/remove users, change settings, create resident accounts, and view and download consumption data there is always one primary property manager for the property who is responsible for user account management the primary property manager is the property's official property manager to transfer primary responsibility to another person or if the primary property manager changes, contact your service provider manager can add/remove users, change settings, create resident accounts, and view and download consumption data viewer can view and download consumption data adding a new user enter the user's information at the bottom of the "property managers" section enter the user's email address, first name, and last name once information is added, click the "add user" button and then the "save" button upon saving, a password is automatically sent to the provided email address the new user can log in to the service with their email address and the password sent to their email address removing an old user click the "trash bin" symbol next to the respective user and then click the "save" button error messages the "email address for alarm reports" box in the "error messages" section must always be filled in you can enter, for example, the maintenance company's email address directly all hydrolink alerts and fault notifications sent by email for the property go to this address the language of alerts can also be selected the default language is your country's language multiple alert addresses can be entered by separating them with semicolons, e g user1\@example com mailto\ user1\@example com ; user2\@example com mailto\ user2\@example com reporting this section sets information related to automatic system reporting housing company id in reports enter the property id used in the invoicing software (usually a four digit number) this id automatically appears in transfer files from the service, allowing software to automatically link meter readings to the correct property and apartments automatic consumption data sending select "send consumption data automatically by email" and fill in recipients' email address (invoicer) date of first report submission format report interval if your billing software is not listed, contact your service provider to verify compatibility central unit sim card phone numbers this section displays the housing company's water measurement system central units and their sim card phone numbers it is advised to write down the sim card number for later use api settings if the api interface feature is active for the housing company (add on service), this section displays the housing company's api key api keys relate to the interface through which measurement data can be transferred to an external system these systems may include billing systems or building automation you can copy the api key from the dedicated field note that this is a paid add on service not included in hydrolink online's basic service the api key is created when the service is ordered from your
